MariaDB DELETE SQL query taking >3000 seconds to finish

I have a DELETE query (that can't be modified) that is taking more than 3000 seconds to finish. I need someone to help me optimize the database table or server so the SQL query takes much less to finish.

Please don't bid if you aren't a MariaDB guru.
