Add Agent-Only Commission Display to Existing WordPress Program Listings

## Project Overview

I have an existing Managed WordPress website for an international education agency.

The website has:

* A normal visitor-facing website
* A backend agent dashboard/portal
* A program listing system showing program name, university, and pricing
* Agents can log in, add students, and submit applications

I want to add an estimated commission display inside the existing program containers, but only for logged-in agents/admin users in the backend dashboard. This commission should not be visible to normal website visitors.

## Scope of Work

### 1. Agent-Only Commission Display

Each program container currently displays:

* Program name
* University
* Pricing

I want to add:

* Estimated agent commission

The commission should be displayed only inside the backend agent dashboard or logged-in agent portal.

Normal public visitors must not see the commission amount anywhere on the public website.

### 2. Commission Management

The commission amount should be manageable from the WordPress admin panel.

Preferred approach:

* Add a custom field for each program called “Estimated Agent Commission”
* Admin can enter/update commission amount per program
* The value appears only in the agent dashboard program container

### 3. Email Notifications

The system should send an admin email notification whenever:

* A new student is added
* A new application is submitted

Email should include:

* Agent name
* Student name
* University
* Program
* Date and time
* Direct link to review the submission, if available

## Technical Requirements

* Do not rebuild the portal
* Modify the existing dashboard only
* Keep current workflow unchanged
* Maintain current user permissions
* Ensure commission is hidden from public users
* Follow WordPress coding standards
* Avoid unnecessary plugins
* Test before delivery
