MYSQL Expert required

I am working on a project with POSTFIX and i need a MYSQL Stored procedure written. I have an example stored procedure that returns data correctly to POSTFIX. I will provide this. (This procedure is not mine its one i found on the internet, it just shows how to format info in a way POSTFIX will accept it.)

I will pass you the senders email address "SENDER" and the recipients "RECEIVER" email address. You will check in the database. Your responses will be either "NOTHING" or a single or list of email addresses (or if its a change domain, you will change just the domain name on receiver to the new domain name) . You must process the data in a specific order as shown below. You will build your own database and test on your own system. You will provide a backup of this database which we will install and you will assist us to make sure it runs correctly. For a SQL expert, this should be quite straight forward.

1. From a specific sender.
2. From a specific domain
3. To a specific recipient
4. To a specific domain
