MFC Developer Available in the long term for Interface improvement and addition of new features on a 10year old platform

I have an MFC based Business Management System, used by several clients. I've been building it for over 10 years.
I want to professionalize it to a point I can put it online for other users to download and seamlessly be able to install and configure.
I am looking for an MFC /C++ Developer who can help achieve these goals. The first task will be 25 hours , to improve just the landing/home page and some reports and to port some class objects source to be dlls. Once the developer proves their skills, they shall be maintained to keep upgrading the system. Mysql Skills is a Must have.
