Loyalty reward program

I am looking for a freelancer to help me create a points-based loyalty reward program. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and implementing loyalty programs, specifically points-based ones.
Target Audience:

Timeline:

Skills and Experience:
PHP Laravel - MVC based progressive web application.
- Experience in designing and implementing loyalty reward programs, specifically points-based ones.
- Understanding of customer demographics and how to tailor the program to specific target audiences.
- Ability to create a user-friendly and visually appealing interface for the program.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting to track program effectiveness.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with our team and gather requirements.
