The web application should cover the following features:
1. User Management - Users will have to register and login after approval by the administrator.
2. Customer Information - Users will be able to create customer entries with basic contact information. Each user should be able to access data of his customers and no data that have been created by other users.
3. Service Event - Users will be able to create events for customers where they will enter information on a static questionnaire of 15-20 questions.
4. Service Reminder - Users can optionally enable for a customer the feature of automatic sms reminder based on a specific timeline.
The web app will be hosted on a linux web server with embedded apache tomcat and mysql database. Preferably the app could be deployed by enabling an os service.
As the first step, I am interested in the estimation of the time needed in order to have a production version of the application.
