Looking for a mysql database expert for optimising and getting maximum performance from our database

I am looking for a MySQL database expert who can help optimize our database and maximize its performance. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with medium-sized databases (1GB - 10GB) and be able to address specific performance issues such as frequent deadlocks. The main goal of this project is to improve query performance, so the candidate should have a strong understanding of database optimization techniques. Experience in reducing server load and increasing scalability would be a plus.
