I am looking for a skilled freelancer to develop a Learning Management System (preferred moodle) for my organization. The system should have the following features:
- Course management: ability to create, organize, and manage courses
- User management: user registration, login, and role-based permissions
- Assessment and grading: ability to create quizzes and assessments, and grade student submissions
Additionally, I would like the system to be integrated with other software, allowing seamless data transfer and synchronization. As for the technology stack, I am open to suggestions and recommendations from the freelancer.
