Lab Information System

I'm seeking a skilled professional to develop a desktop-based lab information system for my needs. This system is intended to manage medical records with custom features tailored to my specific requirements. Somebody with prior experience with developing similar lab information systems and strong technical knowledge is highly desired as this project could potentially have challenging requirements.
