Kotlin & Vue Registration Update

I need a Kotlin developer to update my existing front-end web application (built with Vue) and graph database.
Key requirements:
- Add a registration page alongside the current login page (Keycloak).
- Collect user information: Full Name, Email, and Password.
- Implement validation:
- Email format check
- Password strength indicator
- Form field required checks
- Integrate email verification post-registration, but via an admin approval process.
Ideal skills and experience:
