The objective of this dashboard is to manage tool certification control, allowing users to view tools with expiring certifications, analyze each item in detail, and estimate the effort required for inspection and maintenance.

Dashboard Requirements
1. Table of Tools Expiring per Month
• Display the number of tools with certifications expiring each month.
• Allow selection of a specific period for analysis.
2. Detailed List of Expiring Tools
• Clicking on a number in the expiration table should open a detailed list of tools expiring in that period.
• The list should include information such as tool name, category, certification expiration date, estimated recertification time, and responsible personnel.
3. Man-Hours for Recertification
• A table displaying the total hours required for inspection, maintenance, and painting of the tools expiring in the selected month.
• Breakdown of the time required per tool and the accumulated total.
4. Individual Tool Selection
• The ability to select each tool individually for a more detailed analysis.
• Display certification status, estimated recertification time, and certification history.
5. Certification Status Charts
• Display charts showing the percentage of certified tools relative to the total available.
• Allow analysis by period, category, or certification status.
6. Automatic Status Updates
• The dashboard must be updated automatically whenever a tool is recertified.
• The certification status should be adjusted according to the new expiration date.
