Integrate Local Payment Method in SaaS

I'm seeking a professional to integrate a local Cameroonian payment method into my SaaS platform. This integration should support the following functionalities:
- One-time payments: The system must be able to handle single, upfront payments for services.
- Recurring payments: The system should support subscription-based, periodic payments.
- Refund processing: There must be a mechanism in place to facilitate the processing of refunds when necessary.
Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience with payment API integrations, particularly with local payment methods. Knowledge of the Cameroonian payment landscape will be a significant advantage. Please do not bid if you are not able to integrate a local payment method.
