Installing and reconfiguring kannel / data base postgres sql sms

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with installing and reconfiguring kannel and the PostgreSQL database for my SMS system.
Current Setup:
- I already have both kannel and PostgreSQL installed on my system.
Additional Hardware:
- No additional hardware is needed for this project.
Specific Features Needed:
- I require an SMS gateway for my SMS system.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
