Install a functional Web application

I am looking for a freelancer who can install a functional web application on my new site. The web application provides information to users. INSTALL A FUNCTIONAL DOT NET WEB APPLICATION TO A NEW SITE , GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF DOT NET MSSQL, VISUAL FOX PRO AND WINDOWS SERVER 2016 AND HIGHER WITH OFFICE SOFTWARE IS REQUIRED

TO PROPOSE WEB REQUIREMENTS AND THE SITE. CURRENTLY WE HAVE: CPU CORE 6, 8 GB RAM, 200 GB STORAGE, 1 VALID IP WINDOWS SERVER 2016 64 BIT . This is more than what we need.

ONLY PROPOSALS $50 AND LOWER WILL BE CONSIDERED

Requirements:
- Install and configure the chosen e-commerce platform (Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce)
- Ensure the platform is fully functional and ready for use
- Set up product categories and listings
- Customize the design and layout of the platform to match my branding
- Integrate payment gateways and shipping options
- Optimize the platform for SEO and performance

Timeline:
- The web application needs to be installed and ready for use within 2 weeks.
