Index (SQL + query) for Bitcoin Ordinals Protocol

I'm looking for a highly skilled developer with a deep understanding of Bitcoin Ordinals Protocol and a mastery of SQL. The project requires:

- Creation of 2 SQL tables (1 for deploys and 1 for mints.)
- Each row will extract filtered data relevant to the protocol (eg: "p":"x", "op":"mint", etc) for specific parameters (columns), starting from a specific block #.
- Cronjob to add new rows every 10 minutes (new Bitcoin blocks to update tables data - new deploys, new mints or inscriptions ownership change/address owner)
- UI with a user address search query, that will reflect the information of the 2 tables related to that address (mints and deploys relevant to the user address.)
