Improving MySQL Local Database Query Performance

Need assistance with improving the performance of MySQL with a table that contains 25,000,000+ rows from my Local computer. There is a possibility that you might need to tweak the query script to improve the performance. I've attached the query script so you can have a general idea of whether you're able to help me.

I am open to switching over to another Database if it's recommended to handle large data that I need to work with.
