Homeowner's Association needs db to manage infrastructure asset maintenance

As a homeowner's association, we need a database that can effectively manage the infrastructure of our property and its many assets. We have chosen MySQL as our preferred platform, since it is known for granting users more control over the value and structure of their data. This choice also reflects our need for an efficient yet reliable service that can handle a small volume of data (less than 1GB). Finally, this database should also provide us with the functionality of report generation to give us the most value. With this in place, we’ll be able to ensure our infrastructure is properly maintained and our assets are managed at all times.
