History taking application for medical students

I'm an intern
During my medical college life i have realised students spend countless hours on the job of taking history from patients(a process which can be automated)

I have an outline in mind(infact i designed some of the app myself) but i have hit roadblocks since my coding skill is limited
I'd like someone who can help me make an app that takes in data
Uses that data to ask whats next and in the end gives a summary

It will include questions related to history and examination and a summary that must be saved for each patient and could be shared as well
