Help with MYSQL - Client cant connect to DB on Win Server. Software works Locally on Server
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
We have a software which runs on Windows. The server module runs on MYSQL. We have installed MYSQL 5.5 (the software is not compatible with higher) and the software finds MYSQL DB on localhost just fine and opens and works.
However none of the client machines can find the DB server (MYSQL service is running) and we get diff error msgs.
We need someone to help us. You would ideally have good MYSQL knowledge and knowledge of windows server and networking.
