Hedgehog Hospital Record Management System

I'm looking for a developer to create a comprehensive record management system for our non-profit hedgehog hospital. We need this to be based on NextJS, JWT Auth, Typescript, ANT Design, and RBAC.
Key Functionalities:
- **Intake/Outtake Records**: It's crucial for the system to keep track of hedgehogs coming in and leaving the hospital.
- **Daily Monitoring Records**: We need a basic tracking system for daily monitoring of hedgehogs' health and condition.
- **Medication Records**: The system should also have a module to record the medications given to each hedgehog.
Specific Requirements:
- **Manual Entry and Exit Logs**: The system should allow manual entry and exit logs for hedgehogs.
- **Basic Daily Monitoring Records**: We're looking for a basic daily monitoring system that includes weight and general health conditions.
Ideal Skills:
- **Proficiency in NextJS**: In-depth knowledge of NextJS is essential for this project.
