Project Title: Development of "HAMARA" -
Hotel and Restaurant Job Recruitment App (Android & iOS)

*Project Overview:**

I am looking for an experienced development team to design, develop, and deploy a mobile app called **HAMARA**, which will serve as a job recruitment platform for the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, and related services). The platform will connect employers (hotel/restaurant owners and managers) with employees (chefs, service staff, housekeeping, etc.) through an intuitive, coin-based system for job applications and hiring.

The app should be developed for both **Android** and **iOS**, along with a backend that supports job postings, subscriptions, in-app purchases (coins), and real-time notifications.

**Key Features:**

1. **User Registration & Profiles**:
- Employer and Employee accounts.
- Ability for users to create profiles with details like job history, skills, location preferences, etc.

2. **Job Listings**:
- Employers can post job openings with detailed descriptions.
- Employees can search for jobs based on categories (Chef, Waiter, Manager, etc.), location, and skills.

3. **Subscription System**:
- **Employers**: Pay a subscription fee (₹5000 for 6 months).
- **Employees**: Pay a subscription fee (₹250 for 6 months).

4. **Coin System**:
- **Employers**: Spend 200 coins to connect with an employee.
- **Employees**: Spend 50 coins to connect with an employer.
- **In-app purchases** for additional coins for both parties.

5. **Referral & Badge System**:
- Users can earn coins by referring new members or having their profiles verified with badges.

6. **In-App Purchases**:
- Payment gateway integration (Stripe, Razorpay, etc.) for subscription fees and coin purchases.

7. **Real-time Notifications**:
- Employers and employees will receive notifications for new matches, job offers, and updates.

8. **Chat Feature**:
- Secure in-app chat between employers and employees after connection.

9. **Admin Dashboard**:
- For monitoring app performance, user management, coin transactions, and reports.

**Deliverables:**

1. **Android and iOS Apps**:
- Fully functional app with all the above features.
- Designed for seamless user experience (UI/UX).

2. **Backend Development**:
- Cloud-based solution using Firebase, AWS, or Google Cloud for real-time data management.

3. **Admin Panel**:
- Web-based dashboard for app management, including user control, analytics, and reporting.

4. **Testing**:
- App should be thoroughly tested across all devices.
- Bug-fixing and support during the testing phase.

5. **Deployment**:
- Assist with deployment on **Google Play Store** and **Apple App Store**.
- Provide post-launch support for bug fixes and maintenance for at least 3 months.

**Technology Preferences:**

- **Frontend**: Flutter, React Native, or Swift (for iOS) and Kotlin (for Android).
- **Backend**: Firebase, AWS, or a similar cloud-based service for user management and data storage.
- **Database**: Firebase or MySQL.
- **Payment Integration**: Razorpay, Stripe, or similar payment gateway for in-app purchases.
- **Push Notifications**: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) or Apple Push Notification Service (APNS).

**Project Timeline:**

I expect the project to be completed within **3-4 months** from the start date, broken down as follows:
- **Design (UI/UX)**: 3 weeks
- **Development**: 8-10 weeks
- **Testing & Debugging**: 2-3 weeks
- **Deployment & Launch**: 1 week

Regular updates and milestone reviews will be required throughout the project.

**Budget:**

My budget for the development of the HAMARA app is around ₹1-5 Lakhs , depending on the level of experience and quality of work delivered. Payments will be made based on agreed-upon milestones.
