Google sheets, Google forms and dashboard for Equipment installation, Project tracking and resource management
Budget: $30 – $250 SGD
I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me in creating a comprehensive Google Sheets, Google Forms, and dashboard system for equipment installation, project tracking, and resource management.
Specific features required:
- Equipment installation tracking
- Resource management
- Project creation and management: I need to be able to create projects, manage task lists for each project, allocate resources for each project.
- Project progress tracking: I need to be able to track the progress of each project.
- Time tracking: I need to be able to track the amount of time spent on each task or project.
- Picture upload: The end user of the project (resource) needs to be able to upload picture for each task list.
- Resource: As the end user, the resource must be able to clock in / complete checklist for each project.
- Management dashboard: As a manager or owner of the company, I need visibility on Projects progression, completion percentage vs allocated days, project budget allocation vs actuals, per resource cost/usage as the days progress.
As for the template or format of the sheets, I am open to any format. I do not have a preferred template or style preference (I’ve attached a sheet for reference).
Equipment installation tracking:
- Specific details to track include equipment type and quantity, and installation process status
- Installation team details
Project tracking and resource tracking:
- Ability to track more than 5 projects
- Ability to track more than 15 resources
- In terms of resource tracking, I intend to track 16 resources. This could include team members, equipment, or any other resources that are necessary for the completion of the project.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Forms, and dashboard creation
- Experience in project management and familiarity with task, time, and budget tracking.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Strong communication skills to understand my specific requirements and provide updates on progress.
