GTA-Style Private Match Mod Menu for Fortnite

I'm looking for someone to create a private match mod menu for Fortnite, styled after GTA.
This mod menu should include:
- Vehicle spawning
- Enhanced character abilities
- Custom weapons
- Custom characters
- A handheld cell phone that contains the mod menu
The ideal candidate for this project will have experience with modding Fortnite and a deep understanding of its mechanics. Previous experience with GTA-style mods is a big plus. I'm looking for creativity in the design of custom characters and weapons. Excellent coding skills and attention to detail are a must to ensure the mod menu operates smoothly and without bugs.
