Fullstack Developer Wanted: Database, Backend APIs, Security, and Business Logic for Existing Next.js/TailwindCSS Web App
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer to help finalize an existing Next.js/TailwindCSS web app.
The basic structure and UI components are already in place, and the web app is currently working.
The next steps are to implement backend logic, enhance security, and integrate business processes.

Database Integration
• Set up a production database (MongoDB, MySQL, or similar)
• Create models for users, products, customers, etc.
• Connect API endpoints to real database queries

Complete Backend API
• Build REST APIs for all business areas (customers, products, invoices, offers, etc.)
• Implement data validation and error handling

Improve Security
• Hash and salt passwords (currently plain text)
• Implement secure JWT authentication
• Add CSRF protection
• Add rate limiting for login attempts

Implement Business Logic
• Generate PDFs for invoices, offers, and delivery notes
• Implement email sending
• Integrate payment processing
• Enable QR code generation

• Improve mobile view and responsiveness

• Integration tests for APIs

Requirements for Freelancer:
• Experience with Next.js and fullstack development
• Strong backend/API and database skills
• Deep understanding of security (JWT, password hashing, etc.)
• Experience with PDF generation, email sending, and payment processing is a plus
• Clean and well-documented code
Optional (nice to have):
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with multi-language apps in React/Next.js

The focus is now on completing the business logic and backend integration. All buttons and actions in the app should be fully functional and properly connected to the backend.
