Full Stack Developer for WebApp

We are in the process of developing a web app from scratch.
You will be in charge with backend end, middle and some front end development.
The objective of the app is to:
- Track apprentices in their certification lifecycle
- To have data always be fresh
- To track apprentices' career progression
- To help companies manage their apprentices
What is the app about?
We would like to design an application to manage apprentices in their journey as they get certified and later hired to full time jobs.
The are 6 personas that we need to design the application for. Each persona will have different needs.
We are using MySQL, API, Web Application, AWS Application, React, Database Design.
What's expected from you?
I will be providing you with scenarios, features and user stories. You will help me make them real.
A bit about me, I am also a freelancer and love building apps! This is app is bit beyond my skillset so we need some help.
