Flutter Web application

I need to implement a web application for the operation of a doctors office.
On the app will be used TTS on some fields and chatgpt on some cases that we will need text generation.
The ui will be provided on figma.
Tha basic database structure will be provided (relational database)
The web application will be made using Flutter for the frontend
