Flutter App Development for a fictitious utility service company

I need a Flutter App developer to develop an app for a fictitious utility service company for my daughter's university project. The project should have the features listed in the provided PowerPoint attachment. For designs, all the colors that would be used in the app should be in a separate file as constants so that they can be changed from one place easily. All data should be maintained through Laravel API with MySQL database.
