Flutter App + Back-office Laravel

We need a fullstack mobile developer for a project consisting in a flutter app and a laravel web app. Flutter app will be based on a template that will be choosen by our customer. Laravel web app is a work in progress.
Flutter app must support italian language and english language. We need someone who complete the laravel webapp and implement the flutter app also.
