Flutter Android App devlopment

I need an Android app built using
Flutter where back end should be of node.js and database must be MySql.
App should have a log-in, signup and forgot password page and when user sign-in they will be able to view live youtube video they must also receive notification 5-15 minutes(min) before the lecture goes live, there should also be a built feature of chat present which can be moderated by superuser and a hand raise option if someone wants to ask a question like in zoom app. Also if for example lecture is of 45 min student must be online for at least 30 min.
Lastly all features of app should be in form of node.js API.
