Fix wordpress/gravity form/plugin error

Hello, I am having issue with my Wordpress As after user registration and students fill the gravity form admission letter is not being sent. If you are good, i believe if you see the PHP error log you should be able to fix the problem.
I am an educational agency, we sent admission letter to applicants after registration, we use gravity form, but currently admission letter is currently not being sent and we cannot see the admission letter too.
