Fix function for restaurant platform reservations

Hi, I already installed in a "sub.domain" a php script for a restaurant waiting list. My platform have 3 levels: Super admin (control the admins), admin (control the users) and user. What I need to modify is as follow:
All what I need to fix is as follow, the balance amount of the existing function to send sms notifications not show the correct balance of the Remaining SMS amount. Example: when admin send an sms, their users not see the correct amount based on the sms deducted due to the use of their admin use and the use of others users under that particular admin.

Yes, is easy to me to recognize fake profiles, fake reviews and unqualified candidates. Yes, more jobs available if this task complete satisfactory. Top budget are not negotiable.
