Fix Upload Bugs & Enhance Security

I'm looking for a skilled developer to address a few critical issues on my web application.

Key Tasks:
- Fix the photo changing bug where photos do not upload (currently fails silently with no error message).
- Implement an email verification and forgot password feature.
- For the email part, I want to link the admin account with my email.
- Set up a new SQL database and deploy the updated application on Vercel.
