Fix Plesk PhpMyAdmin Procedures Issue

I'm currently facing an issue with plesk where it isn't possible to view or edit procedures/routines in PhpMyAdmin on Plesk. The root cause seems to be related to MySQL privileges. This issue needs to be addressed as soon as possible given that it significantly hampers the operation of our business.
I have tried to set:
- SUPER to the DB admin user, GRANT SUPER
- GRANT ALL to the user
and a lot more
whatever I do the routines and procedures are inaccessible.
And yes, I have tried with both root and admin
