Fix EF MySQL Integration Issue

I need help getting the Entity Data Model Wizard to recognize MySQL as a data provider in a legacy VB.NET application. It used to work fine but stopped after I reinstalled my system.

Requirements:
- Must have experience with VB.NET and Entity Framework
- Familiar with MySQL and MySQL Connector/NET (especially version 6.x)
- Should be able to troubleshoot Visual Studio 2015 issues

Ideal Skills:
- .NET Framework expertise
- Visual Studio setup and configuration
- MySQL database management

Please help me restore this functionality.
