Extracting Data from PDF using pdfsharp library

We have some PDF files, created using pdfsharp library.
Currently PDF files are nonsearchable.
1. Need to make the pdf files searchable.
2. We need to extract the data from tables in PDF file to the Excel file/ MySQL database
3. Need to do programming only. execution will be done by us.
