Explain how to load 750 million records into MySQL

Have you ever loaded millions of records into MySQL?
If you have and you know how to do it, I need your expertise.
I am trying to load 750 million records either as one file or in batches of files.
When I tried a file of 90 million it could not load it.
I was only able to load small files.
I need you to tell me how to import large files.
I need you to tell me how to configure MySQL to allow me to load this much data.
When I use phpmyadmin to access the database, it returns a 500 error (connection lost/timed-out).
It looks like the database is too large for phpmyadmin to access it after I load a few million records.
In fact I cannot even see how many records were loaded before the mysqlimport crashed, but I am guessing that a few million loaded from a 90 million record file.
If phpmyadmin cannot be used to manage a database with huge tables, then I need you to tell me how I can manage the database.
I DO NOT WANT YOU TO IMPORT THE 750 MILLION RECORDS.
I WANT YOU TO EXPLAIN TO ME HOW TO DO IT.
You prepare a document with steps, or a video that will show me how to configure MySQL and load the 750 million records.
You MUST be an expert at MySQL WITH LARGE DATABASE FILES.
