Onboarding and Offboarding
Training and Development
Payroll Management
Compliance Tracking
Integrate the HRMS software with existing systems and databases, ensuring seamless data flow.
Customize the software to meet specific organizational requirements and industry standards.
Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any bugs or issues.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing HRMS software with a portfolio of past projects.
Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails).
Strong database management skills (SQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in HRMS.
At least 5+ year experienced required.
