Expert Database Engineer

I'm looking for a skilled database engineer, to structure a database for a loyalty and awarding system. I’m not particularly tied to SQL or NoSQL, so your expertise in choosing the most appropriate one for this project will be highly valued.

Key Features of the Database:
- Point accumulation: Tracking user points as they engage with our platform.
- Tiered rewards system: Structuring the database to support a system of varying reward levels based on user activity or engagement.
- Badges and Titles.
- New actions to take by user
- Referral bonuses: Implementing a mechanism for tracking and assigning referral bonuses.
- Notification and Messaging: Designing the database to support a notification and messaging system.
- Milestones: Setting up a tracking system for user milestones.
- User Information: Storing and managing user data safely and efficiently.
- High security and database encryption.

User Roles:
- Admin: The database will need robust features for admin oversight and management.


Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in database design and structuring.
- Familiarity with loyalty and awarding systems would be a plus.
- Strong knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases, with an ability to choose the most suitable one for the project.
