ErpNext Customisations from single account to multi account

Want create ability to offer anyone to sign up and create a new account of ERPnext accounts their own via our domain. Ie create own account/ access to the accounting / invoicing platform.
Customisations:
Basic admin dash / panel for us to view manage / ediit new sign up/ customers who signed up on on the platform
Integrate some erpnext communication tools for collaboration between the main platform and customer accounts . ie like chat / file sharing and kanban /project management tools . Basically so customers can communicate and collaborate directly with our team on the platform . ie the ability for customers and our staff to organise tasks. deadlines. files and update the clients accounts is the goal
