UI Enhancements for Existing System

so now all the project is working fine the rules are getting fetcjed exported and sent to sfd also i want a little updation in project currently you can see

sfd credentilas are hardcoded here i dont want it like that i wan user should enter sfd credentials from ui instead of hardcoded so it will get saved in sql lite database i have a dtaabase named sfd_credentilas inside it sfd_credentilas is there it has columns

msg_class_id
message_schema
username
password



so guide me in this
