Employee Management System

I am looking to create an employee management system that will streamline the management of my company's employees. This system requires various features, including attendance tracking, payroll management, and performance evaluations. It should also offer complete access control with separate levels for Administrators, Managers, and Employees. The system will need to incorporate a MySQL database, allowing for efficient, direct data manipulation. My hope is that the employee management system will improve the existing record-keeping protocols within my company and maximize efficiency. This Project will use JSP, Servlet, And MySQL Technologies.
