Email Analysis and Categorization of Questions/Answers
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need assistance in analyzing a large set of emails stored in my MySQL database. The emails are in plain text and need to be imported, analyzed, categorized, and exported back into a database or excel/text.
Key Requirements:
- Find patterns of questions within the emails
- Categorize emails into product questions, shipping inquiries, or general themes, etc.
- Export the analysis back into an Excel database for easier formatting and answering
- Include any relevant answers from the emails in the export
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in MySQL and Excel
- Experienced in data analysis and pattern recognition - most likely LLM to be used.
- Excellent understanding of categorization and database management
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all relevant information is captured
My goal here is to create a FAQ for our website, so proper categorization of questions/answers is vital.
