ESP32 Webserver in STA mode storing values in a local database (xampp, localhost) or in a firebase database

I'm looking to have a ESP32 webserver developed in Arduino IDE, operating in STA mode (AP is my router) to store data either in a local database (Xampp, localhost, phpMyAdmin) or a Firebase (google) database.

On the side of ESP32, we will have only 2 momentary button/switches connected to the ESP32. Let's call them A and B switches. This ESP32 acts as a webserver, so it hosts a webpage. On that webpage, there is only one square (div in css or whatever). When u press momentarily the A button connected to the ESP32 this square becomes green. If u press A again nothing happens. If you press momentarily the B switch, then the green square becomes red. If you press again B, nothing happens. So, when the square is green and we press B, the square becomes red. When the square is red and we press A, the square becomes green.

I want the data to be stored and retrieved from a database. So, even when the webpage is closed, and we have a change (from green to red or from red to green), when u open the webpage, to see the new state (color). Obviously, even we don't have any change, I want when we open the webpage, to see the last state (last color) of the square . So, even in a power cut of the ESP32, we keep the state (color) of the square and monitor it when the power is back on.

Also, at the same time, we must be able to change the state of the square via the webpage (hitting with the mouse the area of the square). So, for example if the state is already red and we hit the area, it becomes green. And then, if we press A, nothing happens, instead if we press B, the square becomes red.

Obviously, I don't want the page to be automatically refreshed (hardcoded) every some seconds.

Please, do not give offers of 3 digits. They will be dismissed.

Also, please, only for freelancers with experience in ESP32, xampp (php, mySQL), firebase. The others, they just waste their and my time.

Thank you.
