ERP of Mineral Water Plant

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an ERP for my mineral water plant. The budget for this project is expected to be around $80 to $100. The right freelancer should be able to provide past work, experience and detailed project proposals as part of their application. If they can demonstrate that they understand what I need and are capable of meeting the project budget, I will consider them as a candidate.
