MS Dynamics - Activities Migration Requirements

Job Description:
We are doing migration of the data from MS Dynamics to Other CRM tool. In this, we have successfully migrated all the Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities to Other CRM tool. But while migrating the activities we are facing some difficulties in exporting the activity data such as emails, notes and etc. We need someone to help us in exporting all the activities from MS Dynamics into a MYSQL databases/excel files.
For this migration, we require all the activities exported with all the possible data fields. We need the details of contacts, accounts, and opportunities associated with an activity to identify the relationship between an activity and contact/account/opportunity.
It would be really helpful if you could kindly provide the required data in the form of a spreadsheet or you could provide the database, anything will work for us.
