Dynamic Certificate Printing Website
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I’m building a straightforward dynamic website that lets me certify clients for Halal products and give them a secure place to download and print their certificates.
The flow is simple. From an admin dashboard I should be able to add a new client, set or reset their username / password, and upload a custom certificate template (PDF background, variable text fields). As soon as I mark a client as certified, the system must merge their data into the template, create a clean PDF or Image, and email it to them while also filing a copy under their login.
On the client-side users will log in, change their password if they wish, and click once to view or download every certificate I’ve generated for them. All certificates are PDF and, or Image. Each new certification triggers an email notification automatically; past certificates remain in their portal indefinitely.
I’m fine with any common stack—PHP + MySQL, Laravel, Django, or Node as long as the result is responsive, secure, and easy for me to host on a standard shared server. Please include:
• Admin panel with user creation, template upload, and one-click “Certify” action
• Client portal with password change and PDF download
• Dynamic PDF generation tied to the uploaded template
• SMTP-based email dispatch for every certification
