Driving School Platform Minor Fixes - FULL STACK DEVELOPER

Looking for someone who can help with minor issues with the School Platform. Majority of the Parts have been made just needs to be tweaked abit. I have upload Task 1 word document in the post. There will be another task but for now i would like to see how well you work. I'm looking for someone within the USA, Europe that is a full stack developer. I'm looking for an honest, trustworthy and on time person more importantly. The project must be completed in a timely manner. When Task is working successfully payment will be released that same day when all tasks are tested. Payment will only be done by the job and not hourly.

We can separate by task then payment or full job and get paid when all issues are resolved.
