Drag and Drop Itinerary Builder

The scope of this project is to create and small program that would take a database of vendors (transport/hotels/activities/meals/other) and allow the user to drag and drop into a calendar style frame and drag the vendors into time slots. Each vendor would have a $dollar value (either individual(s) or for a group. Once the itinerary is created it would calculate the total cost. Must be desktop and mobile friendly of course. We have the excel sheet of vendors.
