Donations management
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Currently the donations received are maintained in excel sheet.
Each donation has a unique txn id and type.
There will be requests for disbursement of donations for specific puporses of certain type.
Based on the disbursement type and donation type(s) will be matched .
- Queries like for given type, what is the available donations
- Block and deduct the selected donations as disbursed and the corresponding request should be marked fulfilled
- Reports like donations over period of type, reqeusts types, requests fulfilled, reqeusts in queue, priority of reqeuests to be served first etc should be availalbe in UI and exportable in xls
-There should be read and write privilege's separated out based on users logged in (max 2-3 types of users only)
-Data should be archivable
-Email services should be availalbe to inform all stakeholders of the transctions
-Activity log

-Migrate current data from excel to this new application.
