Docker Composer Wordpress

If your not a docker expert. Please don't bid. This is simple. Don't need to teach someone how to do it.
I currently have manual processes to do this and would like to automate it.

I want to automate provision of websites on my development server. To achieve this i require the following docker composer file. / Script

Download the latest version of wordpress. and attach to local storage and an existing MYSQL database

Rules
All databases will be the name of the domain with "-" instead of "." i.e. richardharvey.uk = richardharvey-uk
The root folder for the file storage will be the same. i.e. richardharvey-uk
you will get the domain name from the command line
you will use and --env-file for the passwords etc
They will all share an existing MYSQL server

if the database and storage already exists you will download and configure the container to us it.

if the database and storage does not exist you will create it. you will create a database username to match the domain name and a random password.

You will echo the password to the console or put in a file?.

You will register the domain with trafeak.
